Easter Gun Run

Was getting a little stir crazy. This was my first ever Easter without my family.


Naturally, I ended up in the gym.


Dumbbells be my family pleasseeee.

The gym was closing in 40 minutes so I did a quick upper body blast:


Back:

3x8 Lat Pulldowns super set with

3x8 Cable rows


Followed by:


Triceps and Biceps (and a bit of shoulders):

3 x 3 rounds of 3 position push ups super set with:

3 x 8 bicep curl + shoulder press
