Due to a nagging injury I could not train through the entire camp. I used my recovery day to capture my badass teammates in action using my new Osmo Pocket.
This camp had a big technical focus and involved a lot of high volume and intensity team pushing.
In the past we have forgone team pushing until later in the season, I believe starting earlier was the right decision as when we get to the top of the hill we are never pushing alone.
Though it was difficult for me to sit out, there is not much I hate more, I am looking forward to being more healthy for the coming weeks of training, upcoming push testing, and the sliding season that follows.
