My Training

I don't make my own programming so in theory - my coach determines my training. What exercises I do, how many sets and reps, and how much rest.

But training is so much more than this.

I control my attitude and effort. I control how coach-able I am. How I react to feedback.

I am in complete control what I get out of what he plans for me.

In this section I will talk about how I prepare for training, both physically and mentally. The work I have done to improve my mental state during training, how training in a group (training with my direct competition) is a burden and a blessing and my struggles with receiving feedback.
